I'm Yukine Oogami. I'm a girl who's been hospitalized long-term since I was little due to unexplained, excruciating pain. Next thing I knew, I was dead. It was only after I died that I learned the cause of my pain was the immense magical power constantly building up inside my body! No wonder the hospital couldn't figure it out.

And so, because I'd just repeat the same cycle if I were reborn on Earth, the God of Earth asked the God of another world to take my soul there instead!

So, when I talked to the God of this other world, he told me it was full of monsters!? That's terrible, isn't it!? A frail person like me couldn't possibly survive in a world like that, so I begged the God for help! He granted my wish exactly as I'd hoped, but he turned me into a demon, you see... Oh well, I'm grateful for this body now, though. I get to live in this other world, thanks to God!

Huh? My tone of voice is different from the beginning of the story? I think I've been talking like this ever since I kinda snapped midway through, you know? Though I sometimes revert back to formal speech.

Anyway, my goal is not to die in this other world! My dream is to get rich and travel all over to see all the beautiful scenery in this other world!
