Eisen, a graduate of the Guild Master Training School, questions this status-obsessed world. Furthermore, possessing the <Appraisal Eye>—a skill that can uncover "hidden skills"—he realizes that adventurers, labeled as incompetent and expelled, are in fact all capable individuals possessing unique hidden abilities.
Seeing this, Eisen decides to establish a new guild comprised of the expelled, hiring banished adventurers one after another.
The guild quickly begins to flourish.

Eisen's burgeoning guild attracts capable individuals whose worth cannot be measured by numbers, and eventually, its name reverberates across the world.
Conversely, S-rank parties, stripped of their members, and those who can only see numerical stats, begin to spiral into decline and ruin, finally realizing who the truly incompetent ones are...
