Natabatou is, outwardly, a first-year high school student living an ordinary life. By a stroke of bad luck, his secret as a virtual cross-dressing streamer was discovered by the school nurse, Hijiri Mikikawa, and he now leads a daily life full of struggles, constantly being saddled with troublesome chores.

However, one day, Mikikawa-sensei asks him,
