Aldis, a practitioner of 'Sword Magic,' is one of the many mercenaries who takes on various requests—be it subjugation, escort, or investigation—all dependent on the reward.

On his return from an investigation quest, he ends up protecting twin girls, the sole survivors of a bandit-raided caravan. However, in this world, twins are reviled as 'abominations.'

Harboring a quiet rage towards the 'arch-enemy' worshipped as a goddess across the world, and the world itself manipulated by this entity, Aldis carves his own path with his sword.

This is the story of that very 'swordsman,' known as the 'Sorcerer of a Thousand Blades.'
