One day, a boy who had been powerless suddenly awakened an ability he had long given up on. Its name was "Dominant (Sound Control)."
However, due to the dangerous nature of this ability, the boy was designated for elimination and targeted by the "Self-Defense Force," an administrative organization tasked with maintaining public order.
