Makoto Takase, a university student and fujoshi who loves Boys' Love doujinshi, dies from overwork after staying up for three consecutive days to finish a new manga for Comiket.

The next place she woke up was on the second floor of a Western-style bakery, where an unfamiliar Western-style older brother was present. She herself had become a beautiful Western-style girl and was astonished to realize she had been reborn as Makoto Kimball (default name), the protagonist of "Blessings to the Sky of Light," an otome game for which she used to draw BL doujinshi.

As in the game, Makoto, who gained an exceptional light attribute during the magic attribute appraisal ceremony, was adopted into a baronial family.
