Again, the person I fell for chose my friend.

Mai, thinking "Not again," felt a familiar resignation take over and simply accepted her fate.

Her childhood friend Hina always cleverly manages to snatch away Mai's things.

The cute little accessories she found in shops, the ribbons she loved to wear, even the affections of boys she thought she had a connection with — all of it ends up belonging to Hina.

Mai was utterly fed up with this pattern.

When Mai and Hina are summoned to another world, Mai starts to consider the path she should choose for herself.

A story where the lengthy title pretty much gives away the entire plot.

It's a comforting, perhaps somewhat cliché, romance with a relaxed setting.
