Upon his father's death in battle, Rodney inherited the knightly house and became the ruler of the desolate Dedel territory, located in the northernmost frontier.

However, the knightly house was burdened with enormous debts. He could barely manage to pay the interest, and the debts were snowballing.

The moment he opened a book his father had left behind, Rodney was engulfed by light. When he came to, he found himself recalling memories of a past life, but they belonged to another world. While he couldn't remember his own name or details about his parents and siblings from that past life, he gained knowledge of an advanced civilization.

Struggling with debt, Rodney established new industries, entered a Labyrinth, and obtained a special power called Genesis Force.

Fortunately, his maternal grandfather was a merchant, allowing him to sell his unique products with his help. He managed to repay his debts, raised the previously low wages of his territorial soldiers, and worked to strengthen them by improving their equipment. In doing so, he achieved the goal of a wealthy nation and a strong military. Eventually, word of this spread among the people, and he came to be known as "The Monster of the Northernmost Territory."

From Chapter 4 (Episode 68) onwards, the story takes place 50 years after Rodney.
