Glass Weed, a student at Silvana Academy of Magic, found his path to advancement cut short when he was chosen to contract with a 'Plant' spirit, which is poorly regarded in an academy where elemental spirits of earth, water, fire, and wind are considered superior.

Undeterred, Glass sought his own path in life and obtained a license for the profession of 'Spirit Doctor,' a path rarely pursued by academy students. Spirit magic is primarily used for military purposes, and mages typically advance by demonstrating their power in combat. However, Glass believed his spirit was suited for medicine and chose a path that utilized its unique abilities.

However, an unexpected turning point came for Glass. Having acquired the Spirit Doctor qualification, he was designated as personnel who was both a mage and a doctor, appointed to serve the Third Princess, and selected for the lowest rank of court mage.

The Third Princess Astina was a fierce general, known as the 'Sword Princess General' from a young age, and led an all-female knight order serving her in border defense. Placed under Raquel, the magic-hating female knight captain, Glass was tasked with the medical treatment and health management of the knight order members. Initially, no one expected anything from him, but when Astina fell ill with an unknown disease, Glass would finally showcase the medical skills he had diligently cultivated in his unfavorable circumstances.

The unappreciated Glass eventually had his hidden talents acknowledged, steadily established his position within the knight order, and ascended to a standing equal to that of the Sword Princess General Astina――.
