In a turbulent world, the third prince, Grace, was born into a nation where military might was everything.

He was bestowed with a gift called the "World Library," which possessed no combat ability.

Grace attempts to explain his usefulness using the knowledge from the "World Library," but he is constantly compared to his two elder brothers, the "Sword Saint" and the "Magic Saint," who excel in combat, and is ridiculed incessantly. Eventually, he is banished to an undeveloped land.

Forced to develop a monster-infested land with only a few companions, Grace's fate takes a dramatic turn when he encounters a girl lying as if asleep amidst ruins.

By touching the girl who identifies herself as a robot, he learns of the existence of knowledge from another world. Through the "World Library," he becomes capable of accessing not only the knowledge of his own world but also that of other worlds.

Thus, he combines the knowledge of this world with that of other worlds, which boast far more advanced civilizations, mass-producing rifles, developing agriculture in ways previously unimaginable, creating new metals like Mithril alloy, and initiating an "Industrial Revolution" that rapidly develops his territory at an unprecedented pace.
