Jin Mita, who runs a farm in the countryside, discovers a female knight collapsed in his rice paddies. After hearing her story, the female knight, who introduces herself as Seraphim, apparently came from another world. Naturally, Seraphim, thrust into modern Japan, has nowhere to go, so Jin decides to let her stay in exchange for her helping out with the farm work as a live-in assistant. Days are spent teaching Seraphim, who has absolutely no common sense of this world, about farming, general knowledge, and culture. However, to everyone around them, they look undeniably like a married couple, and before long, Seraphim is assumed to be Jin's wife.
