A train derailment one morning.

It was the catalyst.

Those on the train are drawn into a white space.

Awaiting them there was an old man claiming to be God.

The old man declared:

—'I shall transport you to another world.'

—'And grant you the power to survive.'

Then, hundreds of cards, face down, appeared in the air.

A male student drew a card, which read: [Spear Aptitude] [Major] [★★★].

Another, a female student, drew one that read: [Water Magic Aptitude] [Minor] [★★].

And the card one man drew was...

This is the story of Fujiwara Nobuhide, a humble temporary worker, who gains the [Town Building Ability] [★★★★★★★★★★] and sets out to create a town in another world.

Though it begins as an Edo-period town, he endeavors to eventually build a modern metropolis.
