RTA stands for Real Time Attack, a game playing style.
For example, imagine you're playing an RPG and the King entrusts you with 50 gold, a cheap sword, and armor.
You would probably equip the sword and armor and set off on an adventure, perhaps grumbling, "The King is quite stingy for royalty, isn't he?"
This is the story of Ichijo Kaito, an RTA world record holder, who doesn't do such conventional things.
