Brett, a teacher at the Hero Academy, once renowned as a master hero. One day, this passionate educator is unjustly branded a "violent teacher" through the machinations of Cyrus, a powerful figure in the Hero Association, and is consequently demoted from the royal capital. After a bumpy carriage ride, Brett arrives at his remote new posting, only to discover that the "Hero Academy" is a dilapidated shack in name only...

There, Brett encounters three young girls, dressed in rags like stray cats and suffering from hunger. Unable to leave these unfortunate children to their fate, he offers them food, and the three girls, initially wary, gradually begin to open up to him. These girls, it turns out, are the very hero candidates Brett is destined to nurture as their teacher.

Living under one roof with the girls he has befriended, he meticulously instructs them in skills and magic, and together they embark on adventures to defeat the Demon Lord. This is the story of Brett, a teacher at the Hero Academy, as he transforms his beloved students—who adore him with maximum affection—into magnificent heroes: a heartwarming tale of raising beautiful girl heroes.
