An otherwise ordinary high school student, Tamagawa Teruya (Tamagawa Teruya), save for one hobby, was on his way home when he was enveloped in light, lost consciousness, and woke up in another world. He had been transported to the otherworldly nation of Lutecia Kingdom due to a runaway magic experiment.
Teruya was dejected, but the Lutecia Kingdom, his new destination, was teetering on the brink of ruin. It wasn't due to giants, dragons, or even a Demon Lord, but surprisingly, trains. The railway had caused domestic industries to plummet into ruin by bringing in goods from other regions. The Queen and nobles, powerless and resigned to their fate, had given up hope, but the moment Teruya heard the two characters for 'railway,' he awakened.
Truth be told, Teruya was a hardcore railfan, loving trains more than life itself. Armed with his extensive railfan knowledge, Teruya rises to save the kingdom.
The curtain rises on the tale of a railfan high school student, no hero, who leverages his railway knowledge to become a hero.
