Despairing of life and taking his own, the protagonist awoke to find himself in an unfamiliar land, transformed into a worm-like creature.

This new body possessed the ability to possess and manipulate corpses, and with this power, he successfully acquired the body of a deceased young man.

This is the story of him traveling through an unfamiliar world as he pleases, a little bewildered by his transformed self and the body of the deceased young man he now inhabits.
