At the academy's graduation party, the prince once again annulled his engagement to his fiancée. But this time, something was different.

The prince accused his fiancée of bullying the baron's daughter he had pulled close to his side, but his fiancée vehemently denied any knowledge of it. Even with physical evidence presented and witnesses brought forward, she adamantly refused to admit anything.

The situation was so overwhelming that even the young men surrounding the prince, candidates for his close retainers, joined in the condemnation.

Amidst them, he was there.

"To surround and condemn one person as a group is unbecoming of a future crown princess... ...Hm?"

Yes. He, and only he, had noticed.

And what the princes didn't realize was that his realization would turn everything in that place upside down—!

◆Lately, I've been doing a lot of these, but this is an improvised piece with no prior setup.

I wrote it as soon as the idea came to me.

◆I thought about writing a short story for the first time in a while, but I ended up dividing it into parts. It's approximately 12,000 characters, across 5 chapters. The first chapter is slightly shorter (approximately 2,000 characters).

◆I'm posting this in the "Another World Romance" category, but the romance elements are rather subtle and only really appear towards the very end.

Please let me know if anything feels out of place. I can make adjustments, such as changing the genre.
