Trust takes time to build, but it can be destroyed in an instant.

One day, Tsukuyomi Renya is arrested for groping someone on his way home from club activities. Renya, knowing he was innocent, believed the misunderstanding would quickly be cleared up. However, the police, his family, friends, and even his club members—no one believed him. Not even his childhood friend, who had known him for over ten years…

And so, Renya stopped trusting people.

However, some time later, it became clear that the accusation of groping was a false one. Many people came to apologize, but no matter what they said now, it no longer resonated with Renya's heart…

The story is told from many perspectives other than the protagonist's.
