Himeomiya Kanako reigns at the top of the school's social hierarchy. Beautiful, academically brilliant, and exceptionally athletic, she's a high-achieving student who defies the typical gyaru image, making her the school's most popular girl.

Meanwhile, the protagonist Tennoji Hayato is a gloomy, plain-looking male student, whose good grades are his only distinguishing feature.

The entire student body remains oblivious to the true relationship between these two, who were said to never cross paths.

They have no way of knowing that Kanako is actually Hayato's personal maid.
