Suddenly, countless gates connecting other worlds and this one appeared across the globe, and man-eating monsters poured out.

Not only did they fight back, driving monsters through the gates, but some also ventured deep into the monster lairs within these other worlds. There, they destroyed the core that sustained these alternate dimensions, causing the gates to vanish. Additionally, they brought back special items unobtainable on Earth, contributing to global development.

These awakened individuals were dubbed "Players," earning them immense wealth and fame.

However, when a gate manifested in the protagonist's city, the Players dispatched to clear it failed. This triggered a "Stampede," with monsters pouring out beyond the gate.

As both Players and ordinary citizens were being overwhelmed by the sudden onslaught, a young man named Amachi Rindou, who harbored an admiration for Players, seized a discarded weapon and successfully struck down a monster.

Immediately afterward, his act of defeating the monster triggered his awakening to the skill [Gacha]. As a first-time bonus, he acquired the very skills the monster possessed, barely surviving the ordeal.

Now awakened to his skills, the protagonist will utilize [Gacha] to acquire a multitude of abilities, rapidly ascending to become the strongest in humanity.
