To a boy living in a certain region in northern Kumamoto Prefecture,

his male cousin was to come visit right after summer break began.

When the boy went to meet his cousin, he was surprised by the change in him.

Incredibly, his cousin had become a girl.

His cousin had contracted the so-called "TS disease," resulting in feminization,

and had come to the boy's house due to certain circumstances.

Despite having been informed beforehand, he was not only surprised by the change

but also captivated by the overwhelming cuteness of his feminized cousin.

The feminized cousin, while happy to be reunited with the boy she had always been close to,

also began to harbor feelings beyond that of a cousin, surprised by his growth since their last meeting.

This is the story of the boy and his feminized cousin who,

amidst the rural sea and mountains, nurture their feelings,

and go from being close cousins to becoming lovers (24 episodes total).
