Players of the MMORPG "Elder Tale" were, one day, globally transported to another world strikingly similar to the game's setting.

In Japan, their numbers reached approximately thirty thousand.

Now, having gained the physical bodies of their game characters, these players possess high combat abilities and the power to resurrect from "death." They are known as heroic beings, "Adventurers," and will live out their lives in this other world.
