Kousuke is hit by a car on his way home from work. At that moment, his soul is flung into another world. He meets a goddess in that world, who sends him off to a world she manages. There, he is tasked with conquering and managing a tower.

He accepts demi-humans of various races (including humans) into the tower and works to develop it.

The protagonist himself doesn't have high direct combat abilities, but the two people by his side are overpowered.

Main Characters: Protagonist, two overpowered individuals, Vampire Princess, Human, Elf, Succubus + Siren (with a touch of vampire), two fluffy creatures, one dragon (?).

The two fluffy creatures are steadily becoming overpowered. Will the other humans and demi-humans grow in the future?
