However, Mozef, who believed he had already completed his life's purpose, found himself with nothing to do.

Deciding to live in the remote lands just to pass the time, he soon began to notice a young, silver-haired elf appearing intermittently.

Though wary at first, she quickly warmed up to Mozef's gentle nature.

The elf was living in these remote lands with her older sister, who had decided to become an adventurer to provide a better life for her younger sibling.

This was Elicia, the elf girl Mozef had once saved.

With nothing else to do, Mozef became their guardian, embarking on a new life—transformed from a Great Sage into a lich.
