【Long Synopsis】

Albert, a former Japanese man reincarnated as an orphan in another world, spent his days as an apprentice priest at the Temple of Wisdom in the Alexa Kingdom, striving to become a bureaucrat for a better life.

Then one day, the temple was attacked by a mercenary group led by Maryda von Erwin, the "Crimson Demon," rumored to be the strongest creature on earth. After being abducted, Albert was accused of orchestrating the attack and became a wanted man.

Giving up his aspirations of becoming a bureaucrat in the Alexa Kingdom, Albert became the son-in-law of Maryda, a former baroness of the Elancia Empire. He then presented a strategy to offer three border castles to the Demon Lord, seeking his reinstatement to His Majesty's service.
