Hidaka is mortified to discover that these beautiful women are avidly reading and referencing "Okome Takiko's" works—works that unabashedly reflect his own quirks and fetishes as an introverted, unpopular guy. Despite desperately wanting to keep his identity as the published author a secret, he confronts these women, who are serious about both their work and their creative writing, and guides them towards growth.

And so, in this office romantic comedy, Hidaka himself finds an irreplaceable partner.
