In the class of Akihara Haruto, a high school student skilled in housework, is Mizukoto Rei, the school's most beautiful girl, known as the "Ice Goddess."

Rei, a flawless individual, avoided social interaction, and Haruto had almost never spoken to her.

One winter day, when Haruto returned to his single-person apartment, he found Mizukoto Rei there.

Rei was a distant relative of Haruto's, and they were to live together. Rei rejected Haruto, stating, "I have no intention of getting familiar with you."

However, after helping Rei when she was attacked and nursing her through a cold, Haruto began to bridge the gap between them. Haruto realized that beneath her cool exterior, Rei was actually quite lonely.
