Koujin Takeru, a fearsome-looking, muscular martial artist and master of Koujin-ryu Kobujutsu, attempted to rescue a friend involved in illicit side jobs, but his friend was taken hostage, leading to Takeru's death.

In the afterlife, Takeru encounters the angel Haniel, who governs love and beauty.

Haniel is drawn to Takeru's noble soul, which disregarded danger to save a friend, and offers him a deal.

The deal is to reincarnate Takeru's memories and soul into the villain of an otome game world created by Haniel, and for him to overcome the villain's destined ruin.

If he does not reincarnate, Takeru's soul will vanish, return to the cycle of reincarnation, and become a new, different soul.

Takeru, who doesn't even know what an otome game is, hesitantly accepts Haniel's deal.

Takeru is thus reincarnated into a character in the otome game world, but neither he nor Haniel realized they had different understandings.

To an angel, gender is merely a difference in vessels. What matters is the soul.

And so, Takeru, reincarnated as the villainess Riezfeld Beserlink, regains his memories of his previous life and is aghast to find himself a woman.

Thus, Takeru, now Riezfeld, who knows absolutely nothing about otome games, must confront the villainess's destined ruin.
