How could I possibly be the husband to a monster who's lived since the dawn of creation? Yoji Kinugasa, the former hero of Fusou, a great eastern nation, stumbled almost immediately after fleeing the clutches of the primordial dragon known as "Her Imperial Majesty," a being of obsessive, relentless, and tormentingly immense power.

Yoji, who nearly died from his stumble, was saved by Shupria, a newborn goddess, and Eho, a naive young priestess.

Feeling he had to repay their kindness, Yoji initiated activities with the goddess Shupria as his primary deity. He founded a religious organization to teach them how to earn money and navigate the world, utilizing the goddess's miraculous power of "healing." However, the first village they visited was somehow unlike any ordinary village.

He toiled, flustered by the villagers' needs, maneuvering to influence those in power, and casually fending off rival goddesses vying for faith, but his efforts were in vain. Eventually, he grew suspicious that, for some reason, the village had lost its faith.

Into this chaotic situation appeared the "Forest's Remnant," a supernatural manifestation, a failed god that harms humanity.

Even though he believed he was done with fighting, he couldn't ignore the encroaching danger. After abandoning everything and fleeing, Yoji Kinugasa would once again weave magic and grasp a sword.

The man once hailed as a "hero" for killing one said to be unkillable, and later shunned as a "walking disaster," once again resolved to live. What awaited him, allied with a new goddess, was not confined to a single village, but the turbulent currents of a vast world.

This is an adventure story of the "Healing God's Friendship Society," a nascent and minor religion, as they journey through a world overseen by the Great Trees of Creation, ruled by "Ryu," and governed by powerful major religions.
