Hiroya Nanjou, a first-year student at Niigata Prefectural Itokawa Nishi High School, learns that there is a female classmate in his grade who primarily attends school in the infirmary.

One day, Hiroya injures himself during P.E. class and heads to the infirmary.

There, he meets Yuzuki Koga, the girl who primarily attends school in the infirmary.
