Description
Cynthia married Rector, the son of a viscount. Due to Rector's business failures, they fell into financial hardship. Yet Rector treated Cynthia coldly, spent his days and nights with his mistresses, and never came home to her.
One day, Cynthia, whose cold had worsened, realized her life was coming to an end.
"I was told God would help me if I was a good girl."
"It was all lies," she thought, and at that moment, a strange change came over her body. Astonishingly, she had died and returned to the day before she met Rector.
"I never want to experience that again"—Cynthia tried to avoid Rector, but he persistently pursued her. While struggling with how to deal with Rector, she was helped by a marquis's son named Wales.
"If you can't handle something alone, it's alright to ask for help."
"Even when I was a good girl, God didn't help me"—despite this thought, Cynthia's perspective gradually began to change. Amidst all this, Rector confronted Cynthia with an unexpected truth—?
