March, 2035. In an era where humanity's population has dwindled to approximately three billion, the protagonist, Yuhdai Kose, is inexplicably transported to another world by a man who calls himself an “Inviter.” He is then forcibly made to participate in a death game called "Dungeon the Choice."

The only rule of this game is one thing—“to attempt to escape.”

In a world governed by laws akin to a game system, the protagonists fight and survive while being forced to make many choices.

The hidden struggle between those who orchestrated the game and those forced to participate is also depicted.

The story involves utilizing game-like systems such as sub-professions, hidden NPCs, sub-weapons, skills, and parties to clear stages. It features a significant number of fighting heroines.

“Anomalies” are one of the themes of this work, and what constitutes an anomaly for the protagonist forms the main plot.
