During the ritual where 15-year-olds obtain their status, Yuren draws the non-combat, bottom-tier job of <Alchemist>.

With <Alchemist>, it's utterly impossible to fight. Such was the nature of the job.

However, Yuren had already learned about this world through a 'game'.

What's more, he had delved so deeply into that 'game' that he even did 'challenge runs'.

For such a Yuren, <Alchemist> was precisely the job he had been seeking.

And so, just as he had in the 'game', Yuren decided to enjoy a challenge run in this world as well: remaining at Level 1.

Yuren would prove that, even at Level 1, with strategy and knowledge, he could overcome even Level 9999 monsters.
