Jil, the ace swordsman of an S-rank party, is abandoned alone in a top-tier difficulty dungeon after a series of mishaps during its conquest.

Jil is already catastrophically directionally challenged. To make matters worse, his usual glasses are utterly shattered, leaving him with absolutely no hope of returning to the surface on his own. By all accounts, the only viable path is to wait for rescue on the spot.

"Hmph... You're not as tough as you claim, top-tier dungeon...!"

However, armed with the irrational, eccentric confidence typical of the directionally challenged and his exceptional swordsmanship, Jil presses onward. He forges ahead, boldly advancing into areas that, according to recorded history, no one should have ever set foot in. Even when monstrous beasts of immense power appear, he slices and dices them without properly seeing them.

Eventually, he encounters others with a similar lack of direction.

The true nature of the dungeon gradually begins to reveal itself.

And then comes the sad realization: "Wait, have I been getting further away from the exit for months?"

Meanwhile, on the surface, an unsettling atmosphere begins to envelop the adventurer party that abandoned him...?

A fantasy featuring a quasi-invincible protagonist.
