An ordinary middle school student, Oogawa Kyotaro, hears a mysterious voice on his way home from school. Looking up, he sees a mysterious old man using inexplicable power to declare "Return to the Age of Gods" to the entire world.

People gain mysterious powers as Awakened Ones. Dungeons appear, overflowing with monsters. Not just society, but the entire world rapidly begins to transform.

Driven by various agendas, civilians also become involved in dealing with dungeons, and due to a shortage of manpower, anyone fifteen or older can become an "Adventurer."

This is the story of an ordinary boy living in such a world, who, armed with moderately powerful abilities and a somewhat strong familiar, ventures into dungeons.

*The protagonist is not the strongest. While his overall abilities are high, his limit is "upper-middle" or just barely "touching the top tier." Even his highest healing ability has superior versions out there.
