The protagonist, a struggling novelist who despises isekai (other world) tropes, finds himself inexplicably transported to a mysterious "Room of [Redacted] to Leave." He awakens with amnesia, only recalling his failed military novel and a desperate cry to conquer the world. He discovers he has RPG-like stats and skills, including "Creation," "Refinement," and "Insight."
He encounters a beautiful girl who reveals the room's purpose: to fulfill a "Great Wish." The protagonist's wish is to have his military novel succeed, while the girl's is to experience romance. However, their encounter takes a violent turn when the girl's true wish, "To kill all men in this world," is revealed. She attacks him with lightning, but he manages to defeat her by creating and using a revolver, fulfilling his "small world conquest" and escaping the room.
He then finds himself in a "Corridor of [Redacted] to Leave," facing a seemingly endless maze. He learns to manage his MP and HP through "Login Bonuses" of balanced nutrition bars. He also discovers his skills are primarily physical and weapon-based, reflecting his disdain for magic and fantasy. He faces a trial in the corridor, where he must hit a specific red button on a wall of buttons to proceed. Through trial and error, and the crucial help of his unique skill "Backreading," he realizes the red button is a trap, and all the black buttons are the correct targets. He escapes the corridor, collapsing from exhaustion.
He awakens to find himself in a new predicament, facing a golden-haired girl named Yatsuzaki Kukuru, a former follower of his novels who is now a top doujin artist. Kukuru, also a transmigrator, initially toys with him, stepping on his face. He discovers her wish is to "enslave all men and become a queen." Despite their conflicting wishes and initial animosity, they are forced into a "Room of [Redacted] to Leave" which turns out to be an elevator. The objective is to "get along" to escape. The protagonist, despite his pride, is forced to use baby talk to appease Kukuru, revealing his desperation and her manipulative nature. The chapters end with them in the elevator, their relationship and the challenges ahead uncertain.
