Description
Amano Sōsuke, a self-proclaimed ordinary salaryman who lived his days looking forward to his second life in retirement,
lost his life after being hit by a truck while trying to save his nephew.
Or so he thought.
When he awoke, he found himself in an unfamiliar forest. Not only that, his body, which had passed thirty, had reverted to that of a child,
and, to his surprise, he discovered he was in the Sengoku period of a parallel world with a completely different history.
Sōsuke had no intention of using his modern knowledge for administrative "cheats" or leveraging his rejuvenated body to gain fame in war.
Detesting the idea of being caught in war and dying, or becoming tainted by the Sengoku era, he decided to live quietly, avoiding involvement with people as much as possible, and began renovating a deserted village deep in the mountains to live there.
In the Sengoku period, mentally treating it as his "second life," he lived freely, creating tea ceremony utensils, swords, paintings, and other items incorporating future technology.
However, by taking in a collapsed samurai, he inadvertently ended up leaving his name in history as the greatest craftsman in Japan.
This is the story of a craftsman whose creations, contrary to his own will, cause tremendous incidents and inscribe his name into history.
