Aria Lawrence, the eldest daughter born into a family of alchemists, was the child of an affair, and as such, was treated poorly by her family and those around her.

Despite this, Aria possessed a talent for alchemy. Harboring the hope that her efforts would eventually earn her recognition, she dedicated herself to her craft daily. However, even when she achieved results, they were stolen by her younger sister. Undeterred by her sister's constant theft of her achievements, she continued to strive, and one year passed since she finally became the court alchemist she had always aspired to be.

Even after joining the court, her treatment didn't change, and her achievements were still stolen by her sister every day. Finally, she was called a "salary thief" by His Majesty and was expelled from the court.

Lost and despairing, Aria found herself in the forest where she had often gathered materials since childhood. There, she reunited with a young man named Yulen, who also aspired to be an alchemist.

"If you have nowhere to go, why don't you come to my country?"

Yulen, it turned out, was actually the third prince of the neighboring country, who had been studying alchemy for his sickly younger sister. Aware of Aria's predicament, he had secretly harbored concerns for her well-being. Accepting his offer, Aria aims for a fresh start as an alchemist in the neighboring country.

This is the story of a diligent young woman, whose perseverance outweighs her talent, as she finds happiness in a new place.
