However, one day, Net was summoned by the king and received a cruel proclamation.

"I hereby appoint your adventurer party as our nation's Hero Party. However, you are not needed. You are exiled!"

The king, considering Net to be merely a hanger-on, judged him to be unnecessary for the Hero Party.

"If I don't control that party, they'll run wild and cause havoc, but are you really sure about that?"

"I don't want to hear excuses from a hanger-on!"

Net, whose final warning was also ignored, was driven out of the party alone.

Net headed to another country and decided to live freely with new companions.

Having moved to another country, Net demonstrated various achievements. He had connections with all sorts of people—princes, princesses, knight captains, renowned adventurers—and was admired by them. To Net, extraordinary situations came rolling in almost daily.
