In the modern age, desperate wishes have come to reach the gods.

These wishes transform into special powers that dwell within individuals, and they came to be called 'Blessings'.

However, 'Blessings' are not always benevolent.

All that is required to receive a 'Blessing' is a desire heightened to its absolute limit; good and evil have no bearing on it.

Some time after 'Blessings' manifested in the world, someone harbored a wish to curse it.

At the culmination of that wish, the world became infested with 'Monsters' born from 'Blessings'.

Genuine monsters impervious to bullets and unkillable even by bombs.

To combat these monsters, nations cooperated to establish a single school to train individuals who wield 'Blessings' and 'Skills' developed from them.

The protagonist, Seiji Sahara, who received a 'Blessing' due to a past event, finds himself attending this school with his sister, despite wishing for a normal life.
