彼は普通の高校生として平穏な生活を送っていた、はずだったのだがある日クラスメート全員と一緒に突如無人島へ連れて行かれてしまった。

「お前たちにはこれから最後の一人になるまで殺し合いをしてもらう」

島にいた妙な軍服姿の男の発言に慌てふためくクラスメート達。そう彼らは今まさにデスゲームの舞台に立たされてしまっていた。

生徒が殺しあう瞬間を今か今かと心待ちにするろくでもない大人たち。このゲームでは弱肉強食。弱いものは容赦なく死に強いもののみが勝者となる――筈だったのだが彼らは気がついていなかった。

いままさにデスゲームに巻き込まれた生徒の一人が異世界から帰ったばかりの元最強の勇者であることに。

そしてゲームが始まる頃にはデスゲームの運営者の命運が尽きていることに――これは必死にデスゲームを成立させようとさせる運営の思惑を無自覚に潰してしまう、そんな異世界から帰還した元勇者（高校生）の物語である。

He was living a peaceful life as an ordinary high school student, or so he thought. One day, however, he and all his classmates were suddenly taken to a deserted island.

“You will now be forced to kill each other until only one of you is left.”

His classmates panicked at the words of the strange man in a military uniform on the island. Indeed, they had just been thrust onto the stage of a death game.

Despicable adults eagerly awaited the moment the students would begin to kill each other. In this game, it was survival of the fittest: the weak would die mercilessly, and only the strong would emerge victorious—or so it was supposed to be. What they hadn't realized, however, was this:

That one of the students now caught in the death game was actually a former strongest hero who had just returned from another world.

And that by the time the game began, the death game organizers' fates would already be sealed. This is the story of a former hero (now a high school student) who returned from another world, unwittingly crushing the organizers' desperate attempts to establish their death game.
