Description
Ryana, an orphan working as a civil servant in the Kingdom of Carjin, finds herself constantly overwhelmed by tasks foisted upon her by Carla, a mage in the same 1st Mage Division, despite having been hired as a civil servant.
Once again today, while diligently performing the task of infusing magic power into a barrier magic circle—a job Carla had pushed onto her—she suffered from magic exhaustion and collapsed in a mountain infested with magical beasts.
Rescued by Dalcas, an adventurer who seems kind-hearted, Ryana gradually recounts her situation and comes to a startling realization: "Wait? Could it be that I've been mistreated?"
