Bordiana, a city teeming with adventurers, attracts second-born sons and others with no inheritance, all dreaming of striking it rich. In this very Bordiana, however, there was a peculiar adventurer.

With the money he earned, even from low-ranked missions, he would donate to orphanages, organize soup kitchens in the slums, and seek out those in need. Though his monster-hunting expeditions were infrequent, whenever he ventured out, he would bring down formidable beasts. And that money, in turn, he would donate back to orphanages and other charitable causes.

He eagerly took on even the most undesirable quests. Sometimes, he would celebrate their completion with great joy, and other times, he would curse. This is the story of such a peculiar adventurer.
